  2. Bruk en tr\u00e5d rundt hodet ditt omtrent 1\/8\" (0.30cm) over \u00f8ret, p\u00e5 tvers av midten av pannen, og sirkle hele hodet. Hold b\u00e5ndet godt, men ikke for stramt.<\/li>\n
